Roles & Responsibilities   Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized OT treatment plans that improve daily function
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to geriatric residents with compassion and clinical expertise
Collaborate closely with rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care and achieve the best outcomes
Maintain compliance with state and facility policies while documenting care clearly and professionally
Qualifications   Valid California Occupational Therapy license (required)
SNF experience preferred but not required — we welcome clinicians ready to grow in a skilled nursing setting
Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and helping older adults regain independence
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Knowledge & Skills   Skilled in occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation and resident-centered care
Ability to collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to coordinate treatment
Familiarity with maintaining regulatory and facility policy compliance
