Job Description plays a vital role in providing assistance and resources to individuals in need with near UCLA, CA area. In this position, you will be responsible for connecting community members with supportive services and resources available to them. Responsibilities- Connect community members with supportive services and resources.

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse community members.
- Experience in connecting clients with community resources and services (or related experience).
