As a Licensed Psychiatric Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to psychiatric patients. Your role includes implementing and evaluating care plans, performing assigned tasks, and collaborating with the nursing and multidisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

As a Licensed Psychiatric Technician, you will:

We have the following position available:

• Licensed Psychiatric Technician - Float Team, Per Diem
• Sr. Licensed Psychiatric Technician - Older Adult Psych, Full Time
• Sr. Licensed Psychiatric Technician - Child/Adolescent Psych, Full Time
• Licensed Psychiatric Technician - Emergency Department, Full Time

Salary Range: $30.67 - $47.94/Hourly

We’re seeking highly-skilled, self-motivated professionals with:

• At least 6 months experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting or equivalent required
• California Psychiatric Technician Licensure required
• BLS required
• Knowledge of psychological functioning and deviations from normal
• Knowledge of growth and development throughout the life span
• Knowledge of techniques of therapeutic communication
• Knowledge of Drug administration
• Knowledge of management of assaultive behavior
• Knowledge of evacuation, fire and disaster procedures
• Knowledge of HIPAA
