ETTA (non-profit) supporting Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. ETTA s Supported Living Services (SLS) Department is seeking an On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a Young Adult Woman.

Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs. Experience with behaviors is a plus but not required. ETTA provides paid training.

Seeking staff who would be committed and skilled at guiding client to make progress with her personal growth and independence in life. The ideal applicant is friendly, fun-loving and personable, with positive energy and enthusiasm. Client enjoys getting out in the community and engaging staff and others in lively conversation. This position requires some minor assistance with basic personal hygiene (but does not require more personal hands-on care, such as showering, dressing, toileting assistance).

Westside (Brentwood)

On-call position. Must have fairly open and flexible availability to cover shifts as needed. Anticipated hours per month are estimated at 20–30 (but can be as high as 50 per month or more, depending on on-call needs).

Starting rate is $24 per hour
