What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and communicate sales strategies and territory plans to drive revenue growth aligned to market trends
  • Set and track sales goals, reporting team performance weekly, quarterly, and annually
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback while mentoring team members through field travel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Build strong customer relationships with major hospital systems and guide pricing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment space
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and drive execution of strategic plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce; valid driver’s license with a clean record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous people leadership experience
  • Experience with Acute Care rental therapy products
  • Strong record of strategic planning, deal structuring, and delivering high-impact presentations
  • Ability to navigate competitive market dynamics effectively
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional efforts
