As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving scientific excellence and regulatory compliance, ensuring every test result delivered supports patient care and medical innovation.

• Lead and perform testing, validation, and verification of assays, instrumentation, and laboratory methodologies.
• Uphold rigorous standards for quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance in accordance with CLIA, CAP, and FDA guidelines.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring optimal performance through scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Administer and enhance proficiency testing programs, supporting continuous laboratory improvement.
• Train and evaluate laboratory staff to maintain high standards of competence and professionalism.
• Utilize robust data and record management systems to ensure accuracy, organization, and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with study teams, scientific colleagues, and clients to deliver reliable data, insightful interpretations, and clear timelines.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to maximize laboratory efficiency and data integrity.

• Current and valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical or research laboratory settings.
• Proven knowledge of CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication abilities and collaborative spirit, comfortable working across multidimensional teams.
• Demonstrated initiative and sense of responsibility in achieving high‑quality, compliant results.
