The ideal candidate will reside in California (Los Angeles, OC or Bay Area).
Responsibilities- Hires, develops, and oversees the work of the regional sales team
- Develops and implements a sales strategy, processes
- Works with stakeholders in hospitals and health systems to ensure access and payment for Blue Wind products
- Responsible for continual improvement in commercial processes by building strategic alliances and partnerships within and outside the organization
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study.
- 0.5+ years of experience sales and marketing in the med-tech field.
- Prior experience in the Urology, Urogynecology or Neuromodulation space is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team.
- Highly organized and strong strategic planning and prioritization skills. Attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel 50-75%.
