• Master’s degree in relevant field
• BCBA in progress preferred
• Strong ABA and clinical skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Team player with feedback skills
• Bilingual skills valued

• Supervise and develop clinical programs
• Oversee daily case management
• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and train caregivers
• Drive 30-60 miles daily, flexible hours between 8AM-6PM, occasional weekends
