Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health (Korean Speaking Preferred)
Location: Northridge, CA area
Schedule: Part-time to start; opportunity to grow as case load increases
Pay: $70-$100 per case

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) who can communicate effectively with our Korean-speaking patients and families. PositionSummary
The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy services to patients in their homes according to the physician’s plan of care. The PT evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs designed to restore mobility, relieve pain, and prevent further physical limitations—all while educating patients and families on safety and independence.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ functional status, mobility, strength, and safety needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient goals
- Provide hands‑on physical therapy, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility programs
- Instruct patients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and home exercise programs
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document all visits accurately and timely in EMR
- Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary home health team
- Drive to and from patient homes throughout Northridge and surrounding areas
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and agency standards
- Current, active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Fluent in Korean and English (required or highly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Compassionate, patient‑focused, and self‑motivated
