Life Landscaping, Inc. is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adults with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. We are currently seeking skilled and mission-driven therapists to join our multidisciplinary team at our Los Angeles–based PHP and IOP treatment facility in Hollywood.
We welcome licensed and associate clinicians who are passionate about working with moderate to high-acuity clinical presentations and who thrive in a structured, collaborative, team-oriented treatment environment.

Pay : $33.00 - $45.00 per hour (DOE and licensure status)
The Therapist is responsible for delivering comprehensive, ethical, and evidence-based clinical care, including but not limited to:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients presenting with moderate to high-acuity mental health and substance use disorders
- Facilitate mental health and substance use disorder group therapy sessions within PHP and IOP programming
- Conduct clinical screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions appropriate to client needs, diagnoses, and level of care
- Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as clinically indicated
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, utilization review, and medical and operational staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, collateral contacts, and discharge summaries
- Engage families and external supports when clinically appropriate to enhance treatment outcomes
- Demonstrate cultural humility and incorporate culturally responsive and gender-affirming practices into clinical care
- Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients while upholding professional boundaries and ethical standards
- Actively participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support discharge planning, referrals, and continuity of care following completion of PHP or IOP services
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of clinical programming and treatment modalities
- LMFT / AMFT
- LCSW / ACSW (associate applicants must complete LCSW hours elsewhere)
- LPCC / APCC
Qualified candidates will demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Providing individual psychotherapy to adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Facilitating process, psycho educational, and skills-based group therapy
- Working with moderate to high-acuity clinical presentations
- Applying evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Managing clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Supporting crisis intervention, stabilization, and discharge planning processes
- Working with culturally diverse populations in a respectful and inclusive manner
- Experience in PHP, IOP, or other structured levels of care
- Comfort facilitating both mental health and substance use disorder groups
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- General computer literacy, including email and clinical documentation platforms
