* Job Description:
**
Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies to help children with autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) offers clinical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to promote client success and team development.
Under supervision, you will ensure:
- High-quality clinical practice, impactful client progress, and customer satisfaction
- Professional development and success of clinical team members

* Primary Responsibilities:
**
- Maintain an average of 5 billable hours per day (25 hours/week)
- Supervise Program Managers to ensure at least 28 billable hours weekly
- Provide clinical supervision per BACB standards, including direct observation and protocol adjustments
- Conduct developmental skills assessments and develop treatment plans
- Supervise and document for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates
- Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop function-based treatments
- Provide training to staff and families using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Participate in IEP and interdisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
- Collaborate with school personnel and provide follow-up support

- Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred)
