• Proactively engaging with community members and their families to share essential information and offer support, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable guide.
• Advocating for community members, ensuring their needs are heard, and that they receive timely and appropriate access to care and services.
• Guiding individuals to a wide range of relevant resources, from financial assistance programs and transportation services to essential health, mental health, and social services.
• Regularly participating in important public health meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to broader community health initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, or other related field required
• Minimum of one (1) year of data entry experience required
• Six (6) months of experience working with the public or with community groups
• CA Driver's License required
• Fire Safety (FIRE SAFETY) within 90 days is required
