Overview
Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor in Palm Desert, CA, for our Behavioral Health Services Program. Provides comprehensive services including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS), mental health, and support for at-risk children and families. Ideal for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments
- Treatment planning
- Case reviews
- Individual and family therapy
- Coordinate with caregivers, schools, and community agencies
- Master’s degree
- California licensure
- Crisis management skills
- Ability to handle deadlines
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
- Must pass background checks, medical clearances, and maintain a valid driver’s license
Salary of $78,300, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work arrangements.
