Overview
This position provides therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team, primarily serving adult and geriatric patients.

- Responsibilities involve assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to meet specific goals.
- Competencies include evaluating developmental and aging factors for pediatric and geriatric patients to tailor therapy accordingly.
- Participation in quality improvement activities and multidisciplinary planning is required.
- Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited SLP program, a current CA license, BLS certification, and hospital experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
The role is part-time/contract, with pay ranging from $40-$55/hour, based in Manteca, CA, requiring in-person work and reliable commute or relocation plans.
