You’ll work 1:1 with children in their natural settings — home, school, or community — helping them reach milestones that matter.

As an ABA Behavioral Therapist, you’ll be the heart of a child’s progress. You will:

• Teach communication behavior, and life skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Record and analyze daily data
• Use play, creativity, and structure to shape learning
• Support families and collaborate with your BCBA team
• Show up daily with energy, enthusiasm, and patience

• Psychology/ABA/Education degree = BIG PLUS (not required)

• Morning: 9 AM – 12 PM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Evening: 6:30 PM – 9 PM Weekend availability is a plus!

High School Diploma required
