Clinical Oncology Pharmacist – Community Infusions (Encino)
Location: Encino, CA
Job #: 28201
Work Hours: Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on departmental needs). Ability to travel to multiple UCLA Health sites required.
Employment Type: 2 – Staff Career (Indefinite)
Salary Range: $90.16–$105.61 per hour (Union represented, step-based salary depending on years of experience)

Job Responsibilities- Maintain and review patient medication profiles.
- Review and verify physician medication orders and patient medical records.
- Check intravenous (IV) products for accuracy.
- Interact with healthcare professionals and providers to promote safe medication use and prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, and clinical protocols per pharmacy guidelines and pharmacist interventions.
