Position Summary

Early Stages Enterprises, LLC is seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologists to conduct psychological and developmental evaluations to determine eligibility for Regional Center and Early Start services.

Psychologists will complete comprehensive assessments to identify developmental disabilities, intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, and related conditions. The role involves collaborating with intake staff, service coordinators, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure accurate diagnostic formulation and clear eligibility recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological and developmental evaluations for Regional Center and Early Start eligibility determinations.
  • Administer and interpret standardized measures of cognitive, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning.
  • Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound written reports consistent with Regional Center standards.
  • Consult with internal staff and community partners regarding diagnostic findings and developmental needs.
  • Maintain documentation compliant with regulatory, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
  • Participate in team discussions to support continuous quality improvement of assessment procedures.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.

    D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active California Psychologist license in good standing.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting psychological testing and integrated report writing.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disability.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent writing ability, and sound clinical judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse families.
  • Familiarity with Regional Center eligibility criteria under the Lanterman Act and Early Start preferred.
