QC Lab Specialist

This role is responsible for performing QC analytical method qualification/testing, executing sample analysis and other assigned tasks. This role may provide occasional technical support on weekends and off-hour. This role is 60% lab based and 40% supporting lab activities and documentation.

• Perform flow cytometry, ELISA, residual testing, qPCR/dPCR, and other analytical assays to enable the release testing and stability monitoring of cell therapy products and in-process samples.
• Support routine analytical activities; act as a subject matter expert in technical discussion, document review and investigations.
• Support analytical method development, qualification, and technical transfer from Analytical Development.
• Author and/or review analytical test results, technical and regulatory documents including but not limited to analytical study data summaries and reports, analytical method qualification protocols and reports, standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor/manager to support Quality.

• Bachelor s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience
• Cell culture, PCR, and aseptic skills
• Prior lab experience (academic or industry)
• Flow cytometry
• Industry experience is highly desirable.
