Seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide patient‑centered care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities- Assess, treat, and develop plans to enhance speech, language, cognition, and swallowing functions, collaborating with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform evaluations, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with regulatory and billing standards.
- Supervise clinical staff, contribute to team conferences, and incorporate team and patient input into treatment plans.
- Engage in professional development, stay current with clinical practices, and contribute positively to facility culture.
- Maintain safe work practices, uphold professional standards, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, CA license, CCC‑SLP, and 2–3 years of rehab experience. Physical ability to perform direct patient care is required. Pay is $58–$62/hr with health benefits. Must be willing to relocate to Cupertino, CA.
