Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to children of 0-3 years of age under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Implement treatment plans and assist with speech and language interventions.
• Support communication skill development and promote effective outcomes for children.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with caregivers and the therapy team to support consistency and generalization of skills.

• Strong verbal and interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with children and caregivers.
• Ability to implement therapy plans and adapt techniques as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions.
• Certification or license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is required.
• Previous experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is a plus.
