TouchPoint Chartwells K12 is seeking a School Nutrition Manager (Registered Dietitian) in Jacksonville, FL.
Location:
Duval School District.
Schedule:
Fully onsite, Monday – Friday. No weekends.
Position details:
Lead menu planning for the district, manage food allergens, and plan engaging nutrition and wellness events in the district. Salary: $80, per year, depending on experience. Perks:

Key Responsibilities- Understands and promotes Company food philosophy, sustainability commitments, and nutrition programs.
- Develops, implements, and tracks the effectiveness of corporate nutrition and wellness programming, considering current dietary recommendations, overall account profiles, and client needs.
- Leads team projects related to the growth of nutrition and health.
- Educates internal teams on Company protocols related to risk management of food allergies and special diets.
- Leads the rollout and maintenance of guest-facing nutrition communication programs.
- Participates as a member of the national nutrition team, encompassing RD/corporate meetings, new account sales, account retention, and communication regarding activities, new programs, and account openings.
- Conducts site visits for quality control of nutritional programs, standards, on-site nutritional support, and programming.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of nutrition topics related to food service, student health, and wellness; communicates trends to the team.
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required.
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of Dietitian professional work experience required; contract food service, schools, college, or business environments preferred.
- General hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
- Strong public speaking skills and ability to plan and deliver audience-appropriate presentations.
- Proficiency in using company nutrient analysis software.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, nutrient analysis software, and social media.
