Assisted is looking for a per diem Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for Los Angeles Hospice branch.
We have about 5-10 visits per week we're looking to get picked up.
Office/ administrative background would be great.
We're looking for an CHHA we can cross train for backup intake to work in the office 1 or 2 days per month as well as conduct HHA visits each week.
You must have a Home Health Aide Certification through the California Department of Public Health.

The impact you will make:- Assist patient with personal hygiene, elimination, / nutritional support, ambulation and exercise according to the patient’s needs and as specified on the CHHA Assignment.
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of CHHA services per written plan of care.
- Communicate with RN, Rehab Case Manager or Clinical Supervisor on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient’s condition and/or needs.
- Completion of an approved training program pursuant to Federal/State law.
- Current, active California CHHAcertificate with criminal background check.
- Current CPR, health clearance and completed skills assessment.
