REGIONAL PATIENT SERVICES MANAGER - FLORIDA

Compass Healthcare (a division of Morrison Healthcare) is seeking a leader to oversee patient food services across Florida.
Salary: $90k‑$105k + relocation assistance. Must be able to travel up to 80% and reside in Florida.

Job Summary
Direct operations of patient food services in the Florida region, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, high patient satisfaction, and efficient resource use.

• Coordinate and implement system-wide patient service programs based on medical direction, patient population, and contract.
• Recruit, lead, coach, train, and develop patient services managers and supervisors.
• Oversee evaluation, discipline, and performance improvement of patient food services staff.
• Monitor competency, productivity, and documentation of managers and teams.
• Visit nursing units to ensure patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families via conferences, consultations, and committee participation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including 1 year in a managerial role.
• Certified Dietary Manager required if not holding a Nutrition or Dietetics degree;
  Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Serv Safe® Certified.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet).
