Shift: 8.00am to 5.00pm

Start date: Asap

Pay: $50-$55 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Scope X-Ray Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality radiographic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and excellent workflow within the imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all full-scope diagnostic radiology procedures, including routine, urgent, trauma, and fluoroscopic studies (if applicable).
  • Operate digital radiography (DR) and computed radiography (CR) equipment in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensure proper patient positioning, exposure techniques, and radiation safety compliance.
  • Verify patient identity and review clinical history to ensure appropriate imaging.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in PACS and EMR systems.
  • Follow all safety regulations, including ALARA principles and infection control standards.
  • Work collaboratively with technologists, physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  • Assist with patient transport, room preparation, and equipment cleaning as needed.
  • Respond efficiently to STAT and emergency imaging requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Current California CRT License (Certified Radiologic Technologist).
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification.
  • Fluoroscopy Permit.
  • 1+ year of recent X-Ray experience in a clinical, hospital, or outpatient setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and digital imaging systems.
  • Strong communication, patient-care, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
