Creative Beauty Studio — unform
unform (formerly known as HBHAIR STUDIO) is a new creative beauty studio rooted in artistry, intention, and collaboration. We’re seeking a passionate, self-motivated Hair Stylist or Barber to join our studio as a commission-based partner.
This role is ideal for an established stylist who values creative freedom, community, and working within a thoughtfully curated space.
About the Role
- Serve as unform’s designated Hair Stylist or Barber during studio hours
- Provide professional hair services to studio clients
- Collaborate with our creative salon team when needed, while maintaining your own artistic identity
- use our designated booking system within unform’s operating schedule.
- Existing clientele required
- All new hair clients booked through unform will be referred directly to you
- Commission split to be discussed during the interview
- Opportunity for growth and commission review based on performance
- Valid Hair license
- Strong portfolio focused on haircut work
- Established client base
- Professional, reliable, and client-centered
- Availability: Thursday–Saturday, 10am–6pm
- Comfortable creating or participating in social media / studio content
- A creative, inclusive studio environment located in the Arts District
- Ongoing client referrals to support business growth
