As a Medical Injector at Formula Fig, you will deliver safe, personalized aesthetic treatments while creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest. You are clinically confident, guest-obsessed, and aligned with Fig’s vision of natural, results-driven care. This role requires evening and weekend availability and may include working across multiple Fig Bar locations.

• Welcome and consult with guests to assess goals and develop treatment plans
• Perform cosmetic neuromodulator treatments
• Educate guests on treatments, skincare, and post-care
• Maintain a calm, clean, and professional treatment environment

• Active, unrestricted license in good standing in the State of California
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Doctor (MD)
• Eligibility to legally perform cosmetic injectable treatments under California law
• Hands‑on experience injecting neuromodulators
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with guests
• Professional liability / malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Standing and moving for 4–6 hours per shift
• Working in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing retail‑medical environment

• Guests feel confident, cared for, and educated throughout their experience
• Treatments are delivered safely with consistent, natural‑looking results
• Clinical documentation is accurate and complete
• Strong guest relationships lead to repeat visits and referrals
• You contribute positively to a collaborative and calm Fig Bar environment
