• Pay: $30.25–$70.25 per hour, with guaranteed hourly pay, service incentives, retail incentives, tips, and bonuses

Schedule:
Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Set up your workstation and review appointments
- Greet clients warmly and discuss hairstyle preferences
- Perform haircuts and grooming services, ensuring each client leaves satisfied
- Manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service in a lively environment
- Collaborate with teammates, sharing tips and learning from each other
- Build connections within the community
- Active California barber or cosmetology license
- Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindseti<
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and nights
