Part Time Esthetician

Position:
Esthetician (part-time) The right candidate is comfortable in a high-end luxury environment and for whom client service is a priority; a compassionate esthetician who can consult with clients to assess their requirements, make informed recommendations, and explain services, assist them to select appropriate treatments, and ensure their care and satisfaction. The   esthetician is responsible for performing a variety of facial and body treatments designed to increase, improve, or maintain the health and appearance of the skin using extensive knowledge of our customizable approach to skincare.

Spa Esthetician must be licensed in the state they are employed and perform their duties.

• Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through products and services while engaging in respectful communication on topics relating to their interests.
• Provide skin care consultations for clients and educate on products and procedures; interviewing clients to obtain information about contraindications.
• Perform mini-facials and other skin care services based on the packages clients choose and skincare concerns.
• Advise clients on skincare and recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens while maintaining confidentiality.
• Operate  ’s Remodeling Face Machine, Micropuncture Lab, Skin Instant Lab, and Visio Lab equipment.
• Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all products and techniques.
• Keep counter and stations sanitized and organized; maintain and replace linens as needed.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as time management skills
• Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 5+ years in performing all applicable treatments in the spa industry and/or hospitality
• 2+ years of Sales experience in a retail environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• State licensure to practice as an esthetician. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be contacted.
• Recent grads are welcome to apply
• CPR/First Aid Certified a huge plus.
