About the Role

At EY, the Government & Public Sector Insights Lead Analyst will shape EY’s perspective on public sector client issues, lead high‑impact insights, and position EY as a strategic advisor on strategy, transactions, and transformation for senior government leaders.

• Engage senior government stakeholders, deliver provocative perspectives, and serve as a media spokesperson for Government & Public Sector.
• Develop and execute the Government & Public Sector insights strategy, co‑create external thought leadership, and collaborate with other insights teams.
• Combine multiple data sources to produce compelling points of view that drive market‑facing initiatives and opportunities for EY.
• Collaborate closely with insights leadership and other analysts, share best practices, and contribute to core products and services to drive excellence.

• 12+ years of professional services or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of public sector research and analysis.
• Outstanding executive‑level presentation and storytelling skills, with a track record of shaping senior client perspectives.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at synthesizing data, reviewing inputs, and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and in a global, multi‑cultural virtual environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication, able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
