Job Title: Wealth Analyst/Client Relationship Specialist

Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (8am–5pm or 9am–6pm)

Start Date: April 6th

Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for conversion

Pay Rate: $36-40/hour

Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking, investment, or wealth management roles.
  • Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Background in investment banking or wealth management.
  • Familiarity with brokerage investments and financial products.

Plusses:

  • Finance related degree
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Exposure to middle and back-office operations.
  • Experience supporting teams managing large asset portfolios (e.g., $600M+).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-touch client environment

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Specialist to support our Wealth Management division in Century City. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in banking and investment services who thrive in a fast-paced, client facing environment. You will play a key role in supporting high-net-worth clients and bridging the gap between banking, brokerage, and investment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Support money movement, account maintenance, and back-office operations.
  • Collaborate with investment and banking teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other internal systems to manage client interactions and documentation.
  • Assist with brokerage investment activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
