Quire is seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst from the radio sector
.This role will serve as a core financial engine for a client, managing day-to-day FP&A activities while providing critical support during a transformative bridge capital raise and eventual M&A exit
.

Reporting directly to the fractional CFO
, you will own the maintenance and continuous refinement of the company's multi-year financial model, delivering dashboard reporting on cash burn, revenue projections, and core industry KPIs.

Beyond standard reporting, you will be a key liaison for investment bankers
, preparing high-stakes presentation materials, managing the granular data requirements for due diligence (FDD), and building the scenario models necessary to justify valuation during a sell-side process. This position requires a "doer" who can translate raw data into the narrative needed to secure interim funding and demonstrate maximum value to potential acquirers.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on financial modeling experience, with a focus local media.
• Prior experience within local media (radio or tv) required.
• Bridge Funding Support: Developing short-term cash flow forecasts and rolling projections to satisfy the immediate reporting needs of bridge lenders.
• M&A Readiness: Coordinating the sell-side data room, identifying audit adjustments in management accounts, and ensuring all financial records are audit-ready for buyer scrutiny.
