The Company is excited to invite applications for the pivotal role of Vice President of Finance, where you will lead the next phase of our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling, establish robust forecasting and budgeting processes, and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics that drive informed decision-making across the business. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in investment banking, venture capital/private equity (VC/PE), or corporate finance/M&A advisory, along with a proven track record in strategic financial planning.

As VP of Finance, you will oversee the accounting function, manage a Controller, and collaborate closely with the CFO on mid- to long-term strategic planning while supporting negotiations and fundraising activities.

Ideal candidates will possess exceptional financial modeling capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of commercial acumen. While not a requirement, experience in a VC-backed SaaS or Fin Tech startup, particularly with scaling from $25m to $50m+ annual recurring revenue (ARR), as well as a background in debt capital markets, will be highly valued. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a variety of teams including sales, operations, customer success, and marketing to drive performance improvement and recommend strategies for growth.
