About the TeamThe Global Tax department is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to be based in the Los Angeles office who will become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will lead transfer pricing and tax matters in the Americas with a special focus on LATAM, including transfer pricing planning, policy setting, OTP, compliance, controversy, and providing expert transfer pricing support and solutions as and when requested by the business.
This role will face dynamic challenges in transfer pricing and offers plenty of learning and growth opportunities.
- Build business partnerships by liaising and collaborating closely with finance teams to provide ad‑hoc advice and solutions.
- Lead internal transfer pricing risk assessments, implement transfer pricing processes, controls, and periodic monitoring.
- Conduct functional and financial analyses to reaffirm existing transfer pricing policies.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes; provide improvement suggestions and conduct periodic calculations.
- Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and other TP compliance documents.
- Respond to internal and external transfer pricing inquiries, assisting business partners with issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations, and judicial decisions that impact company operations and financial positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of transfer pricing experience (including at least 2 years as a senior manager or equivalent) in a multinational or global company, top accounting firm, or other professional firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or an equivalent related field.
- Experience in all transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy matters.
- Strong data analysis and time‑management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- High oral, written, and listening proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese for effective communication with global partners across Brazil and Mexico markets.

- Highly motivated with a solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation.
