We are seeking a full‑time PE Associate to join our fast‑growing, Los Angeles‑based team. The Associate will participate in the full investment lifecycle, from evaluating investments to executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies. Given our lean deal team structure, the Associate will take on meaningful responsibilities and work directly with partners.

• Execute business diligence to evaluate target companies
• Analyze detailed industry trends and competitive dynamics
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses and build dynamic financial models
• Compose internal deal memorandums, term sheets and letters of intent
• Assist in the execution and financing of transactions
• Support portfolio companies by implementing value‑creation plans including M&A

• Based in Los Angeles, CA. Full‑time, onsite role
• Able to start in Q1 2026
• 2‑4 years of relevant work experience in investment banking and/or private equity
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
• Strong technical skills, deep understanding of accounting and finance, and modeling experience
• High level of motivation, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills and a high level of maturity
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and ultimate team player
• Sector experience in business services and industrials not necessary

The firm’s estimate of the possible base salary range for this role is: $125,000 - $140,000. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance‑based bonus. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience. Truelink also provides a competitive benefits package.
