A global alternative investment platform is seeking a Vice President within the tax function to manage tax accounting and compliance across a multinational structure. The role offers senior-level responsibilities, including leading quarterly and annual tax provisions, overseeing federal and state compliance processes, and supporting advanced tax initiatives. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of Tax Accounting experience and extensive knowledge of the Tax Provision process, with a preference for those familiar with an Up-C structure.
