Job Description

A large global professional services firm seeks a Finance Lead to join their dynamic team. The Finance Lead is an integral part of the firm's Financial Analysis team and will be responsible for providing insight into the economic performance and financial health of clients, matters, and legal teams, while building and maintaining complex analytical models that leverage the firm's data to provide insightful analysis and respond to specific requests of business partners, leading colleagues toward robust financial outcomes.

This role may offer a flexible working schedule, including hybrid and in-office options.

Responsibilities :

Manage firmwide financial projects and complete complex financial requests using project management principles.

Apply business, economic, finance, and accounting principles to internal financial data to help firm leaders solve complex problems; utilize SAP Business Objects for data queries and Excel for data synthesis.

Handle emails received through the team's shared email promptly and professionally, prioritize urgent requests, and ensure effective handoff across time zones.

Develop standard tools for reporting and data analysis.

Maintain detailed records of procedures, assumptions, methodologies, and data sources used in analytical tasks.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least five (5) years of analytical experience in finance or accounting.
