WORK ENVIRONMENT

Full-time on-site office setting in Los Angeles, CA

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for the direction of all phases of loan operation including loan servicing for commercial, personal, real estate and SBA loans.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises and performs periodic training in department
• Performs new loan staffs training and periodic training for existing loan staffs
• Develops and revises department’s operational procedure
• Staff Job assignment
• Audit follow up
• Updates loan projection report
• Monitors and updates Laser Pro
• Reviews and reconciles specification set-up and G/L integration of the Loan system
• Loan assignment for loan document preparation
• Reviews prepared loan documents by note staff and release it to branch
• Approves loan funding and boarding
• Signs off payoff quotation (Demand)
• Supervises collateral monitoring for new loans, renewals and paid off loans
• Supervises flood insurance tracking
• Reviews daily loan application and G/L balancing
• Reviews monthly G/L certifications
• Reviews e-Oscar credit dispute and monitor complaint log
• Reviews down grade, non-accrual placement and charge-off loans
• Reviews 1502 (Colson) report on a daily and monthly basis
• Supervises Trade Finance Operations staff and daily works
• Approves department invoices and supply orders
• Review department time sheet and submission to HR
• Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP, FASB, Federal and State regulations
• Substantial knowledge of loan operation, servicing and documentation
• Expertise in Laser Pro, SBA SOP and bank loan policy and procedure

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
