Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Project Controller to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.

• Oversee day‑day accounting operations and provide leadership to the finance team.
• Manage the audit process and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and support system transitions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards.

• Minimum of 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within accounting or finance.
• Proven experience managing audits from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and systems.

• Prior experience in nonprofit accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Net Suite or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements effectively.
