Manage the budget, forecast, cost control, financial analysis and statement for SIA Engineering (USA).
Essential Duties and Competencies- Ensures that Company is in compliance with accounting standards and all taxation requirements applicable to the country of operation.
- Ensures that Company has strong internal controls on the business processes.
- Review and monitor actively the risks that the Company is subjected to.
- Ensures accurate and timely preparation of the Company’s financial accounts.
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining accuracy of all accounting records, ledgers, revenues, operating expenses and insurance records.
- Maintains documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Provides active management of working capital with focus on accounts receivable and customer credit limits.
- Analyzes financial performance against key business metrics that will enable management to determine progress against budget and business plans.
- Identifies, investigates and analyzes areas of potential financial improvement.
- Responds promptly, with detailed and complete information, to requests from SIAEC PMD and Finance departments (including generation of forecasts of monthly Profit After Tax, Cash Flow, variance analysis).
- Develops schedule and is responsible for coordination and management of regular internal audits (including Control Self Assessments) of accounting and administrative internal controls.
- Coordinates external agency audits and SIA internal audits.
- Ensures timely and accurate budget preparation.
- Provides assistance in preparation of Board of Director’s presentations.
- Participates actively in Management Committees.
- Establishes and maintains safety operations by adhering to procedures and policies.
- Completes housekeeping around work areas as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Education/ExperienceDegree in Accounting or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of Finance related experience.
Certificate(s)CPA
Job Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Familiar with the latest Accounting and Finance guidelines and laws
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
- Knowledge and maintenance of Quick Books and/ or SAP Software as a Service (SaaS)
- Able to discuss findings, audit results, and other communication with upper management.
- Possess good judgment to handle financial and non-financial roles and outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Resourceful, with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Self starter who works independently with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Payroll experience with ADP or other related software
