The platform provides long-term (up to 30-year) C-PACE financing tied to energy‑efficient and sustainability‑focused building improvement - offering a differentiated alternative to traditional gradation 5-year bank debt.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance
• Background in brokerage, commercial banking, capital markets, or mortgage lending
• Proven Baru »(required)
Strong relationships with commercial mortgage brokers and CRE owners
• Experience originating deals throughout Southern California
• Deep understanding of structured real estate financing
• Must be based in Los Angeles and actively involved in the local CRE market

• Originating and closing C-PACE transactions across Southern California
• Acting as the primary relationship lead (“ring man”) on all deals
• Sourcing opportunities through brokers, mortgage professionals, and direct borrower relationships
• Managing transactions from initial outreach through underwriting and closing
• Educating counter parties on the benefits of C-PACE versus traditional bank financing
• Coordinating with internal teams to execute complex, long‑term financings
