Salary Range: USD 80,000 – 140,000 / year

We are seeking an experienced CPA Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth.

• Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Manage tax planning, preparation, and filings (federal, state, and local)
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Coordinate and lead external audits and work closely with auditors and tax advisors
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
• Supervise and mentor accounting/finance team members
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy, cost optimization, and growth planning

• Active CPA license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting
• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, SAP, or similar)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
