Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Reporting

We are partnering with a well-established, design-driven organization based in Los Angeles to identify a Financial Controller for a full-time, onsite role. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in overseeing financial operations for a company known for craftsmanship, quality, and long-standing excellence in its field.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting functions

* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls

* Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making

* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

* Partner closely with senior leadership to maintain financial health and operational integrity

* Improve and maintain accounting processes, systems, and controls

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* Manufacturing or Logistics industry experience highly preferred

* Strong experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports

* Proven background in financial reporting, accounting, and finance

* Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

$160,001 - $170,001 a year
