Overview
We re working with a Los Angelesd-based private equity firm that invests in the middle market. The team is looking for an Associate to help scale industrial businesses across North America.
This is a true investor seat: youll own models, pressure-test management teams, and stay involved well beyond closing as portfolio companies grow.
What youll do- Financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution
- Industry research and investment thesis development
- Due diligence coordination and transaction support
- Portfolio company analysis and performance monitoring
- 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar investing roles
- Strong modeling instincts and commercial judgment
- Prior exposure to industrials, manufacturing, or business services is a plus
- Curious, low-ego, and comfortable operating with responsibility early
