Scope & Responsibilities
  • Lead client service accounts and engagement work streams.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
  • Independently analyze and resolve intricate tax problems, developing structures and solutions.
  • Integrate technology and automation to drive efficiency and deliver on client expectations.
  • Maintain quality, timelines, and risk management for all deliverables.
  • Uphold PwC’s professional and technical standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of experience in tax, preferably M&A or partnership taxation.
  • Juris Doctorate, Master of Laws, or advanced degree in accounting/taxation acceptable in lieu of a bachelor’s.
  • CPA, bar membership, or other relevant tax/finance credentials preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with U.S. federal income tax law related to partnerships.
  • Proficiency in partnership taxation, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and advanced technical writing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project/resource planning.
Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $99,000 – $266,000 (plus discretionary bonus). Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
