Manager, Accounting & Finance

Our client is an established and rapidly growing global hospitality organization seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to support and help lead its financial operations. Based in Los Angeles, California, this role will play a key part in overseeing accounting and finance functions, supporting business growth, and partnering with leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives.

• Prepare management reporting, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Perform variance and impact analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
• Conduct profitability analysis by business unit, product, or cost center.
• Support corporate and operational accounting activities across the organization.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and revenue recognition activities.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
• 3-10 years minimum in an Accounting related position, FP&A experience a big plus.
• Hospitality experience (or related - i.e. cost, inventory) - big plus.
