Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Tax Manager to support a growing tax function within a large, complex organization. This role is focused on execution and compliance, with a strong emphasis on international withholding tax reporting and advanced Excel analysis. The Tax Manager will work closely with senior tax leadership and contribute to ongoing business-as-usual growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review Forms 1042 and 1042-S, including related withholding tax calculations and filings
- Support tax compliance and reporting across multiple entities
- Perform detailed, Excel-based analyses, reconciliations, and data validation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Assist with ad hoc tax projects as needed
- Big 4 public accounting background required
- Prior hands-on experience preparing and reviewing 1042 / 1042-S returns
- Advanced Excel skills
, including strong proficiency with large datasets, lookups, and pivot tables - Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate independently in a remote setting
