Overview
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This position will be responsible for assisting assigned departments with budget and forecast processes, supporting the month-end close, and performing financial analyses. This position will be partnering with various business segments, assisting with preparing financial presentations and analysis, as well as reviewing or preparing approval documents and event post analysis.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES- Support all aspects of the budget and forecast processes and financial analysis for various business units
- Provide business partner support to various business partners and their respective
- Finance review of proposed capital projects / budget exceptions / other spending proposals
- Assist with post analysis of key/significant investments & events
- Develop financial reports for various monthly/quarterly variance analysis (forecast to actual, year over year, and sequential quarter comparisons)
- Assist with preparation of various financial presentations used by the region and senior management
- Support system and general financial training of regional departments
- Team lead in various projects designated as “high-touch”.
E.g. Marketing Agency and Awards & Recognition. - Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills- Strong budget/forecast and financial analysis skills
- Proficient in all MS Office applications

Solid communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance or financial services consulting
- Delivering results under pressure
- Familiar with Financial Modeling and Financial Reporting Packages
- Bachelor’s degree BS/BA in either Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Ability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Strong customer orientation
- Knowledge of One Stream application in addition to Microsoft Access
