Wealth Advisor

The Wealth Advisor serves as a key relationship manager, ensuring high client retention by meeting all service needs and developing personalized wealth planning strategies. This role involves onboarding new clients through various programs and serving as a secondary advisor when needed. The Wealth Advisor leads client meetings, collaborates across departments to meet client needs, mentors colleagues, and ensures a superior client experience.

Your focus will be on growing assets under management while ensuring exceptional client outcomes and satisfaction.

Competencies:

** Proficiency in all Wealth Planner functions, plus:
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with both external clients and internal collaboration.  Working knowledge of e-Money, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook a strong plus. Ability to listen and empathize with clients, spot, and analyze issues, and simplify/explain financial concepts to provide solutions.  Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines in a proactive manner with little supervision required.
