We are seeking aSenior Commissions Analystto join our global commissions team.

This position willbe responsible for managing all aspects ofthe global commissions processand will report to the Sr. Manager of Variable Compensation.

The role requires astrongindividual who adds value to the team,produces high quality work,reconcileslarge amountsof data,andauditscommission calculations whiledeliveringaccurateandtimelycommissionpayments.

This role requires interaction with various other departments and teams(Variable Compensation;

Accounting,Financial Systems,Enterprise Applications andSales

Operations) toexecuteannual commission planenhancements and initiatives required by the business.

The individual in this role must have experience with quote-to-cash, accounting,commissions,strong project management, andthe ability tosuccessfullymeetdeliverables and deadlines on time.

• Manage all aspects related to monthly and quarterly commission calculations and payments usingthe SAP Sales Cloudcommission system forallour global salesemployees

• Analyze andreconcilelarge amountsof dataandresolve discrepancieswhile adhering totight closescheduleand payrolldeadlines

• Analyze existing business processes, systems,and data toidentifyopportunities for improvement to support and scale with business

• Develop andmaintaindocumentation of new and existing business processes and related systems

• Work with various teams to successfully implement annual compensationsplan changes inSAP Sales Cloudcommission system

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to drive process improvement andsupportannual compensation plan changes

• Serve as point of contact for commission-related inquiries from sales employees and other departments

• Support the department byassistingwithday-to-dayactivitiesincluding close process, specialdepartmentprojects, ad hoc/metric reports,andbe areliablebackup for commissions and accountant team members

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required(or equivalent work experience)

• 3-5 years of experience using an ICM system (preferably
  
  SAPSales Cloudsystem) and Salesforce

• Strong understanding of theend-to-endcommissionprocesswhich includes all aspects of eachcomponentof the compensation plans as well asaccounting treatmentrelated to commissions

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, adapt seamlessly, be customer-centric, and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage relationships effectively

• Strong organization/project management skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel(e.g.,look-ups, pivot tables)

• Ability to embrace ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment

Knowledge of Crystal reporting, Tableau report creation, and Oracle SQL knowledge
