* The Opportunity:

** Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
** Fund Accountant
** to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with public accounting experience, particularly those coming from Big 4 or a similar top-tier firm, who has an interest in building a career in Fund Accounting (previous funds experience a plus but not required).You will play a key role in supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications, while working closely with the finance and investment teams.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Prepare and review periodic fund financial statements and capital account reporting
* Assist with NAV calculations, investor allocations, and waterfall models
* Coordinate with third-party administrators, auditors, and tax advisors
* Maintain internal records and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
* Support year-end audit and tax processes for multiple fund structures
* Assist in enhancing accounting processes, systems, and controls
* Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, legal, and operations teams
*
* Qualifications:

*** 2-3 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or similar)
* Strong interest in Fund Accounting (do not need previous funds audit experience)
* CPA or CPA-track preferred but
** not required
*** Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
